Three single beds in second room with wall fan. Separate bathroom off main room. Family rooms are upstairs with a balcony offering a view of the Clarence river.
Queen Room
Queen bed with desk, couch, chair, breakfast bar, TV, microwave, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioner and wall fan and separate bathroom. Most Queen rooms are downstairs but two are upstairs with a balcony offering a view of the Clarence river.
Twin Double Room
Two double beds with desk, chair, breakfast bar, TV, microwave, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioner and wall fan and separate bathroom. This is a downstairs room.
Twin Queen & Single Room
Queen bed and long single bed with desk, chair, breakfast bar, TV, microwave, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, airconditioner and wall fan and separate bathroom. This is a downstairs room.
